Our Financial Planning professionals have years of experience assisting their clients with each stage of their investment requirements.

The senior members of the Cottons Wealth Management team are:-

Mark Curtis

Director

Mark is a Director of the Firm, is a Chartered Financial Planner and also holds the Fellowship qualification, the highest qualification of the Firm’s Professional Body.

He has 30 years of experience in advising clients and brings this wealth of experience to Cottons Wealth Management clients.

Mark’s interests outside of work are walking his dog, most sports, growing his own vegetables and cooking. He describes his culinary efforts as a mix between Gordon Ramsay (without the swearing) and Mrs Cropley from the ‘Vicar of Dibley’.

Wayne Hancox

Associate Director

Wayne is an Associate Director of the Firm and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner.

Wayne started in financial services in March 1985 and for 30 years worked for 2 major Pension and Investment providers, rising to the role of Area Sales Director, before leaving to pursue a career as a Financial Planner.

Outside of work Wayne enjoys the gym, spending time with his family and on his allotment. He also enjoys cooking, watching rugby union and travel. He has combined both the latter by attending the Lions tour in New Zealand in 2017 and recently travelled to Japan for the Rugby World Cup. He also plans to visit South Africa for the next Lions Tour in 2021.

Sue Haughton

Client Services Manager

Sue is our Client Services Manager and is a Chartered Financial Planner and also holds the Fellowship qualification.

Sue has many years of experience in the financial services world, working mainly for large Pension and Investment provider companies in a technical support role.
Sue originally moved to a Financial Planning firm 6 years ago.

Sue spends most of her time outside of work being a taxi service to her 2 daughters ferrying them to their different activities but also enjoys walking, going to the theatre and spending time with friends and family.

As a new advisory firm, Cottons Wealth Management are delighted to have been able to recruit some of the best qualified and most experienced Financial Planners and senior support staff in the industry.

Behind the 3 senior employees lie a team of Paraplanners and Administrators.
